The AI Campus is designed as a single integrated system: generation, water treatment, thermal recovery, and compute halls planned together rather than assembled after the fact.
Siting prioritizes basin resilience — the campus is engineered to return more treated water to its watershed than it withdraws across a full operating year.
Phased delivery allows early capacity to come online while later blocks scale with regional interconnection.
